                     HONG KONG VISA REQUIREMENTS (BUSINESS/LEISURE/TRANSIT)

 1. Application form - ID1003A, ID520 & Authority Letter signed by the applicant.
2. Form - ID1003B or Invitation Letter must be filled by the HK sponsor with sign & seal. (Only for Business visa)
3. Photocopies of the passport with all visas and endorsements. If there is no visa in the passport, submit photocopy of full passport. (Original Passport must be shown at the time of application submission).
4. Forwarding letter (in company letter head will be added value) mentioning the purpose & plan of the visit (To - The Director of Immigration, Immigration Department, Hong Kong).
5. One recent photograph as specified in Form ID 1003A (Please affix it by glue) & Visiting Card.
6. Flight arrangement (PNR) & accommodation (Hotel booking if overnight stay) in Hong Kong.
7. Bank statement of at least last three months (Company + Personal).
8. Latest TIN certificate in English (Company + Personal).
9. Photocopy of Business registration certificate/Trade License Translated in English and notarized.
10. For the employee- Employment certificate mentioning with joining date, designation & salary.
11. One additional set of all documents must be submitted along with visa applications.

Business Visit: If accompanied by spouse & children
1. Photocopy of the forwarding letter (signed by the principal applicant) mentioning members name and passport number and supporting documents of principal applicant need to be attached in each application if traveling with SPOUSE, CHILDREN OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS.
2. The proof to show the Bangladeshi Company is actively running. (E.g., Invoice, brochure etc.)
3. An invitation letter from the fair organizer (only for TRADE FAIR)

Terms & Conditions:
 · To collect the visa, the confirm ticket on Cathay Pacific (Issued in Bangladesh) is required and ticket must be issued at least one day prior to the visa collection date
 · Visa fee- BDT 9,000 (Business/Leisure/Transit) non-refundable effective from 08Jan 2023
 · Processing time: Minimum 6 weeks.
 · Application submission/delivery hours – 09.30 am to 02.30 pm (Sunday- Thursday).
