Tourist Visa Requirements:
Passport: Original Passport with validity of more than six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Two Photocopies of the first, second and last pages of passport.
b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
Zambia Visa Application Form: Three visa application forms duly filled and signed.
Photo Specification: Three recent passport size-colored photographs with Matt or semi-Matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and scanned /stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Forwarding Letter: A Forwarding Letter from the applicant (Plain paper) stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Zambia High Commission, New Delhi.
Financials: Company/ Personal Original Bank Statement for last six months.
Ticket: Confirmed Return Ticket and a copy of it.
Medical: Original Yellow Fever Certificate is mandatory.

Forwarding-Letter: A Forwarding Letter/NOC from applicant on company’s letter head mentioning the name, designation, passport number, purpose of visit and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Zambia High Commission, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Zambia host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and mention the address of stay. The letter should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. Along with this, a photo id copy (with signature)/passport copy of the signatory on the invite letter is also required for submission.

Special Note: The Embassy of Zambia has the right to ask for additional documents or call the applicant for an interview and verification.
Visa Fees: Visa fee is BDT 5,250/- for Single Entry and BDT 8,250/- for Multiple Entry + Trip Travellers Service Charge for Logistics Support.
Lead Time for visa in embassy: 1-3 weeks + 7 working days for Passport to & fro.
